Following is a list of links to some of the available reports in Quick Rate. All the reports were generated from the current demo program available for download. Besides these reports, there are additional detail reports designed to help you and your carrier agents lower your shipping costs.
Rate Answer Report - Primary report of Quick Rate. This lists the cost of all your carriers in the carrier database listed from low to high to a destination.
Carrier Information Page - Report lists all the carriers in the database and how they are set up. Information for each carrier includes name, date entered, current fuel surcharge, range of zips in file, available classes, floors, discounts, direct/indirect marked or understood, and FAKs set up (if any).
State Discount Report - Shows discounts by state that will override the general discount and floors for a specific carrier. In this example the state of Alabama has a different discount and floor for the carrier QR Carriers.
Carrier Summary - Summarizes what each carrier received in revenue from you for a specified time. This report covers the month of June for 2007.
State Summary - Summarizes your LTL shipping costs to each state for a specified time. The time frame for this report is the same as the previous report. The totals at the bottom of each report are the same but the information about how your costs are displayed is different.
All Shipments Summary - Summarizes all LTL shipments made for a specified time. The time frame is the same as the previous two reports.
