System Requirements
Listed below are minimum system requirements necessary to allow Quick Rate to run with a reasonable amount of speed. Exceeding the requirements will increase the speed of the search routines and improve the response times for the answers.
IBM® or Compatible
Pentium 100 or higher
32 MB Ram
Windows 95®, or better
Free disk space on hard drive
2.5 MB for program
10 MB for each carrier in data file
Typical installation with 5 carriers would be about 210 MB of disk space.
The above requirements are what computers used to be 10 years ago. Any computer newer than that will be faster. Generally, the more the system requirements are exceeded, the faster the response times, and the less time you have to wait. Remember, TIME IS $$$$$$.
